Founder
Warren E. Albert, SRA, founded Allstate Appraisal in 1959 and under his leadership, Allstate grew into one of the largest and most respected appraisal firms in Chicago. His extensive service in the industry has provided employment opportunities for hundreds of local appraisers over the years. Mr. Albert also devoted considerable time to teaching others, having instructed appraisal courses at the Chicago City College, Joliet Junior College, and Prairie State College. In addition, he served as Chicago Chapter President of the NAIFA, and taught a variety of appraisal courses for their educational curriculum, nationally.
In March of 2021, Warren passed away one month shy of his 90th birthday. Although Warren is no longer with us physically his decades of leadership, professional and personal integrity, fairness, dedication, and excellence continue to inspire and motivate Allstate Appraisal daily in our constant pursuit of professional excellence.
