Hank has 30 Years of experience providing solutions to the real estate appraisal and appraisal management industry. Hank began his career in college as a researcher in a local appraisal office and continued along his career path appraising residential and commercial properties for mortgage and eminent domain purposes. Subsequently, he entered the appraisal management space, managing the appraisal process for HUD REO properties. In order to better serve clients, he developed and taught courses on how to appraise REO properties. From there he took on a consultative approach to solve client’s appraisals issues and manage client relations.
