Roger is a Certified Residential Appraiser with an extensive background in the appraisal profession. Before joining Allstate Appraisal, Roger spent the last 20 years in the lending arena, focusing on appraisal review, appraisal management, and management/supervision for Loss Mitigation and REO-related valuation assignments. This varied and valuation-specific long-term industry experience gives Roger a first-hand foundation of knowledge he relies upon each day in his role with Allstate Appraisal as our national appraiser vendor manager.
