We require you to upload, in separate attachments, the following REQUIRED DOCUMENTS into your profile: current appraiser licenses for each state you are active in, a completed W9 for each appraiser, and a copy of your E&O declaration page.

For compliance reasons, we set up individual profiles for each appraiser on your staff if you employ more than one appraiser in your company.
Each profile will need to have the completed required documents uploaded to our system.
Each appraiser profile from multiple-appraiser firms can use the same email address if you wish to have one centralized location for the receipt of new orders.

If you’re having issues uploading an order due to a network error, please send the completed report to reports@allstateappraisal.net. In your email, please state what invoice # the report is for.
