Quality Control Manager
Melissa is the Quality Control Manager at Allstate. She oversees the daily workload and flow of incoming appraisal reports along with managing and training the QC Staff. Melissa is involved in inter-departmental communications and procedures to streamline processes; vendor and client communications regarding reporting issues; keeping conversant with the ever-changing practices and procedures of the appraisal profession. She was awarded her SRA professional designation by the Appraisal Institute in August 1989 and has been appraising since 1985.
