Nick Honiotes is the Vendor Manager at Allstate Appraisal and has been involved in the real estate appraising industry for the past seven years. Nick’s responsibilities include ensuring the compliance of policies and procedures with federal regulatory agencies, and recruitment strategy. Other areas of responsibilities include communicating appraisal policy updates within the vendor panel, managing and evaluating Allstate Appraisal’s vendor panel, and implementing strategies to provide clients with the most efficient appraisal process. Prior to becoming the vendor manager with Allstate Appraisal, Nick was an appraisal reviewer within our mortgage insurance claims investigations appraisal review division and specialized in risk management, compliance, and quality control. Nick graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Political Science and English.
