Tanya started her career at Allstate Appraisal in 1980, making her the most tenured employee of the company. Steve Albert, President, is the second longest-tenured employee joining Allstate in 1986. In her primary role, Tanya oversees and manages the operations for our local residential and commercial divisions and ensures that our clients’ service expectations are being met consistently. Tanya serves as the liaison between Allstate’s local clients and our staff appraisers.
